Weeds will overtake your lawn, garden, and even encroach upon your sidewalk. Controlling weeds with chemicals is bad for your health, other plants, animals, and the environment. This is another natural way to get rid of weeds. Mix a couple ounces of it to 2 gallons of water and put it in a spray bottle. Only spray on the weeds and not into the soil. Do not use this mixture on windy days or you might destroy plants that you want to keep.


Lemon juice is a natural deterrent to weed control. It is highly acidic and when sprayed directly on the weed will dry them out. You can also mix it with vinegar in a spray solution.

You can improve your lawn using these methods of weed control. Lawn management doesn’t have to require the use of deadly chemicals.
