Weeds will overtake your lawn, garden, and even encroach upon your sidewalk. Controlling weeds with chemicals is bad for your health, other plants, animals, and the environment. Natural weed control is easy and can be less expensive than over the counter chemicals. Poisoning your yard is not the way to control weeds.

This is another natural way to get rid of weeds. Mix a couple ounces of it to 2 gallons of water and put it in a spray bottle. Only spray on the weeds and not into the soil. Do not use this mixture on windy days or you might destroy plants that you want to keep.

Lemons

Lemon juice is a natural deterrent to weed control. It is highly acidic and when sprayed directly on the weed will dry them out. You can also mix it with vinegar in a spray solution.

You can improve your lawn using these methods of weed control. Lawn management doesn’t have to require the use of deadly chemicals. Taking care of your lawn while protecting nature and your health should be your top priority. Lawn care can be done naturally without using sprays that are harmful to the environment.
